Our percolator brews up to 90 cups of coffee at a time. Two different models of the same size are available, both with a generous 15-litre capacity.
Brewing takes approximately one hour, and coffee can be served directly from the tap on the side. The percolator uses coarse, pot-ground coffee; brewing a full tank requires a little more than one packet of coffee.
For serving larger quantities, the first batch can be poured into a large thermal dispenser while the percolator brews more.
